Faster

The edition consists of four booklets featuring photos taken between 2017 and 2024. It has been conceived as a road trip along the seasons and bodies, unfolding before our eyes sequences in which the sun declines over the passing landscapes. By its very structure, it has no beginning and no end, and forms a continuous loop. From the car and the roads emanate the fantasy of youth and independence: the sun on your skin, the wind in your hair, freedom and the steering wheel at your fingertips. It’s an imaginary world inherited from cinema and advertising that is now coming face to face with the ecological and social issues raised by the use of cars.
Faster is a way of finding out what to do with these old fantasies, of digesting them and celebrating the cycles by looking at the landscapes and trying to take the time to look.
