Alè

Alè – “Breath” in Catalan- narrates an existential journey that begins, one winter day, following a cancer diagnosis. Salvador documents in first person two years of walks in the forest as a therapy to connect with nature, calm his mind and come to terms with his new reality, but also two years of chemotherapy with its inevitable side effects.

Since then, everything in her photography acquires a new meaning, everything can become a symbol or an evocation; everything incites reflection and enlightens us.

Alè is a fight against destiny, from courage, optimism, and love for life.
