Since 2004, Raphaël Dallaporta has been working closely with researchers to make visible phenomena and territories that are hidden or inaccessible. In 2014, he was a resident at the Académie de France in Rome – Villa Médicis. Winner of the first Pont d’Arc Cave Photography Competition, he is also a winner of the Prix Niépce in 2019. His work can be found in the collections of the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the Centre national d’art plastique, the Musée de l’Élysée in Lausanne and the New York Public Library.
