Marie Desplechin has been writing books for young people for almost thirty years, published mainly by L’école des Loisirs. Some of them have met with great success among young readers, such as Verte (1996) and Le Journal d’Aurore (2006). Released in autumn 2019, her latest book Ne change jamais is an environmental activist’s manual for children, and several of her works have been translated in many countries. She has also written several novels, short stories and stories for adults, as well as screenplays.
